Fair 2 - General information
Opening Times
The Fair is open on Friday 4th June between the hours of 2pm and 7pm and on Saturday 5th June between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
Cloakroom Facilities
The Cloakroom is located just inside the public entrance to the Fair (the Chablis Suite). Visitors are asked to note that the cloakroom can become congested particularly at opening and closing times. The cloakroom is staffed at all times. However neither the PBFA nor the Novotel management can be held responsible for items left in the cloakroom.
Refreshments
Light Refreshments will be available throughout the open hours of the Fair.
Security
Visitors are advised that in the interests of security it is PBFA policy that no books, bags (other than lady's small handbags) are allowed to be taken into the Fair. Carrier bags are provided for customers' use.
Disabled Facilities
Disabled facilities are provided. The exhibition hall is level and carpeted.
Courtesy Bus for visitors to the Novotel Fair
The PBFA will be providing a courtesy bus between the Hammersmith Road entrance to Olympia and the Novotel on Friday June 4th and Saturday June 5th.
The service will commence from Olympia at 1:30 on the Friday and run half-hourly until 7.00pm. On the Saturday it will commence from Novotel at 11.00am again running half-hourly until the final journey around 4.00pm.
The vehicle will be operated by Martins Coaches.
Smoking
Visitors are requested to refrain from smoking within the Fair.
